The team wants people with real site history and the hands-on skill Australian builders expect. Flashings, long-run sheeting and gutters should feel familiar, and it suits Bangladeshi roofers who have worked on big Gulf sites. Sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Lay concealed-fix, corrugated and long-run metal roofs on all kinds of projects
- Take measurements, then cut and set sheets and other roofing materials precisely
- Fold up flashings and fix them in place
- Put up gutters, downpipes and other rainwater goods
- Seal each roof so it is waterproof and weatherproof
- Follow technical drawings and building plans as you work
- Inspect your finished roofs to confirm they are accurate and of good quality
- Stay safe up high on busy building sites, sticking to project and safety rules
- Cooperate with builders, site supervisors and the other trades
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 3 years of hands-on metal roofing behind you
- Strong roof installation skills in practice
- A background in commercial or large-scale building work
- Proven skill with flashing installation and waterproofing
- Can read plans and drawings with confidence
- Has worked at heights before
- Holds workmanship to a professional level
- Basic English to communicate on the job
- Relevant trade qualifications are preferred
- Major infrastructure or commercial project work is highly regarded; UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia or Kuwait construction experience is advantageous
