Motor Mechanic

Automotive · Newcastle, NSW, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored
A car that comes in with a strange noise should leave with a clear diagnosis and a proper fix. A well-established automotive service workshop in Newcastle, New South Wales, needs an experienced Motor Mechanic who works that way.
Your bench will cover engines, transmissions, steering and other mechanical systems: inspecting, stripping down, rebuilding and replacing parts, plus routine servicing, oil changes and tune-ups. Computer diagnostics and manufacturer data guide the work, and every repair is tested before the car goes back. Visa sponsorship is available for suitable candidates, and overseas applicants go through an assessment and recruitment process.
