Operations Manager

Engineering · Christchurch, New Zealand · Full-Time · $25/hr · Visa: Ask us

Christchurch is the base for this senior role, which keeps technical field work delivered well across several locations. The job is to turn what a skilled team can do into safe, reliable results for clients.

Each week you would plan staff and resources around compliance and inspection schedules, pick the right inspector for each assignment and make sure nobody works outside authorised scopes or accreditation. You would also keep an eye on utilisation, margins and unfinished work, deal with tricky client issues yourself and go on site when a job needs more technical oversight. Regular travel between locations is part of the role.

International candidates with relevant and verifiable technical experience are encouraged to apply.

Show the field teams you have led, the inspection or compliance work you have managed and the quality systems you know on your CV. You can sharpen a Christchurch operations manager CV on Build AI CV for this application.
