Parts Coordinator

Visa sponsorship

Automotive · Auckland, New Zealand · Full-Time · $70,000 - $80,000/yr · Visa: Employer sponsored

Every busy workshop depends on someone who makes sure the right part is on the bench before the technician reaches for it. A vehicle business in Auckland wants that person: a Parts Coordinator who is careful with records, calm with suppliers and at home around repair bays.

You would look after the whole parts cycle, from reading what the workshop needs and raising orders to checking deliveries, handling returns and keeping stock records honest. Regular stock counts, tool tracking and some vehicle-preparation paperwork fill out the week. People who come from a parts counter, purchasing, inventory or service advising will find familiar ground here. Applicants who meet the experience requirements may be eligible for visa sponsorship consideration.

Before applying, make your English CV name the parts software you have used, the vehicle makes you ordered for and the stock rooms you ran. You can set out your parts-desk CV with Build AI CV and send a tidy application.
