Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience working as a Pasta Chef.
- Deep experience with fresh pasta and Italian cuisine, including traditional sauces and pasta dishes you can make with confidence.
- A good grasp of Italian cooking techniques and a high standard of quality, consistency and presentation.
- Able to run the pasta section smoothly through busy service.
- Reliable and organised, with a passion for Italian food and comfort in a busy restaurant.
