Production Supervisor

Visa sponsorship

Manufacturing · Auckland, New Zealand · Full-Time · $28 - $31/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored

In a small food factory, the supervisor is often the person who weighs the ingredients, runs the mixer and still keeps the whole day on schedule. An Auckland food manufacturer is hiring a Production Supervisor for exactly that mix of leading and doing.

You would set the daily production plan and give the team their tasks, prepare batches from approved recipes, operate mixers and fillers, and run quality checks so every batch meets standard. Food safety, Good Manufacturing Practice, cleaning and washdowns are part of each shift, and you would work with the Production Manager to sort out problems and hit daily targets. Sponsorship is available for a suitably qualified overseas candidate.
