Project Manager
Visa sponsorship
Construction · Auckland, New Zealand · Full-Time · $25/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored
Technically demanding building projects need a steady hand. A client-side team in Auckland wants a senior Project Manager to take charge of works across a portfolio of well-known, high-profile facilities, many of them still in use while the work goes on.
You would bring a history of delivering construction, renewal, refurbishment or building-services projects, and the judgement to weigh technical needs against cost and operational priorities. Overseas applicants may be considered, with sponsorship available for suitable candidates.
Your CV should list the projects you delivered, their scope, the contract forms you worked under and the services you coordinated. If your projects were in Dhaka or the Gulf, set them out the same way. Draft an Auckland project manager CV with Build AI CV so each project reads clearly.
