Quality Assurance Manager

Manufacturing · Newcastle, NSW, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored
In food processing, one missed check can turn into a recall. An established Australian food processing business in New South Wales, near Newcastle, wants a Quality Assurance Manager to own food safety, quality and compliance across the site.
You will lead the QA team and the site food safety and quality systems, keep Approved Arrangements and regulatory compliance in order, and stay audit-ready for customers and regulators. Investigations, corrective actions, traceability exercises and mock recalls sit with you, as does verification on the production floor and coaching QA staff. Animal welfare standards are part of the role too. Visa sponsorship is available for a suitable overseas candidate.
A QA manager's CV should read like an audit trail. List the HACCP systems, audits and recalls you have handled and the teams you have led, then document your food QA manager CV on Build AI CV.
