The home is one of several run by a not-for-profit care organisation with strong values. On each shift you look after senior residents, plan care around the person in front of you, and think through clinical problems as they appear. Some residents have dementia and need patient, gentle support. Experienced leaders and a corporate support team are there when you need guidance.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical care to residents with the person always at the centre

Requirements & Eligibility
- You must have full unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- You know and understand the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Post-graduate applications are welcome too
- Affinity and experience in working with residents with dementia, or the willingness to gain such experience
- Excellent communication together with excellent clinical problem-solving skills
- A highly motivated and excellent team player who has availability for various shifts across various days
- Vaccinated under the organisation's immunisation policy (a TGA-approved COVID-19 vaccine and annual influenza included), with a willingness to undertake a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical assessment
