Key Responsibilities
- Nurse aged care clients and NDIS participants with clinical care
- Carry out clinical assessments, then write care plans and review them
- Help with medication management and watch for changes in a client's health
- Maintain clinical documentation that is accurate
- Cooperate with clients, families, carers and healthcare professionals while promoting each client's choice, dignity and independence
Requirements & Eligibility
- Registered Nurse holding current AHPRA registration
- Relevant experience in one of these fields: community nursing, aged care or disability services
- Strong skills in clinical assessment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident to work independently in a community setting
- Compassionate in approach and committed to safe, person-centred care
- Willing to move to the Northern Territory
