A non-profit care organisation, guided by its values and active in local communities throughout NSW, needs a Registered Nurse for part-time work at one of its aged care homes in the Dubbo area. It also runs home care services and retirement villages. You bring enthusiasm and a love of person-centred care, and you give senior residents excellent clinical attention. An experienced leadership and corporate support team stays behind you.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional clinical services to senior members of the community living in an aged care home.
- Keep care person-centred for every resident.
- Look after residents, among them people with dementia.
- Take various shifts on various days.
- Work as one of the care team.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Full unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Understanding and knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- The organisation is open to post-graduate applications.
- Affinity for work with residents with dementia, and experience of it (or willingness to gain experience).
- Excellent skills in communication and in clinical problem-solving.
- An Excellent Team player who is highly motivated, with availability to work various shifts across various days.
- Vaccinated in accordance with the organisation's Immunisation and Vaccination Policy (proof of the required doses of a TGA approved COVID-19 vaccine and annual influenza included).
- A National Criminal History Check must be undertaken.
- Pre-Employment Medical Assessment.
