Key Responsibilities
- Give clinical care and personal care to clients inside their own homes
- Keep care plans and all documentation accurate, and stay in good contact with clients, families and healthcare teams
- Protect each client's safety, dignity and well-being in every interaction
Requirements & Eligibility
- You hold a current Driver's Licence and have a reliable vehicle
- Your National Criminal History Check is current
- Nursing Registration (if applicable)
- You have First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills, plus computer literacy: you are confident on digital systems for care notes & communication
- Home care or nursing experience is preferred but not essential
