You will take care of residents' clinical needs from start to finish. That means checking them, planning care, giving medicines and leading the care workers. Everything must meet the Aged Care Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Check residents, then plan, give and review their nursing care
- Give medicines and look after each resident's health and wellbeing
- Work with the multidisciplinary team on a care plan for each resident, then use it

Requirements & Eligibility
- Registered Nurse holding current AHPRA registration (essential)
- Living in Australia now (essential)
- Significant aged care or similar healthcare experience, a minimum of 1 year
- Strong clinical skills for the many health needs of older adults
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A kind, person-centred way of caring, with commitment to ongoing professional development
