Your days would centre on older residents: clinical care with respect for their dignity and independence, careful medication work, care planning and guiding the care staff. The roster is flexible and rotates across 7 days.

Key Responsibilities
- Give clinical care that is safe, effective and centred on the person
- Assess each resident, plan care, and keep complete clinical records
- Give medications, watch residents' health, and work with multidisciplinary teams, residents and families
- Support and mentor care workers and help raise care quality step by step
Requirements & Eligibility
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, which must be current
- At least 2 years working as a Registered Nurse
- Experience gained only overseas must be within the last 5 years
- Australian experience is highly regarded
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to person-centred, high-quality care and willingness to work in regional areas of NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and WA
- Highly regarded: residential aged care experience, knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and experience leading clinical teams
