You will shape the quality of the menu, the flow of the kitchen and how guests feel about their meal. Suitable candidates may be supported through a sponsorship pathway based on eligibility and requirements. If you have cooked in hotel or restaurant kitchens in Dhaka, Dubai or Kuala Lumpur, that experience is worth telling them about.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the kitchen each day so service runs smoothly
- Prepare, cook and present dishes to a consistent standard, following menu specifications with professional technique
- Manage prep, ingredient handling and the flow of work in the kitchen
- Watch stock, handle ordering and keep food waste low
- Keep food safety, hygiene and compliance tight
- Lead, train and support the kitchen team, and check finished dishes for presentation and quality
- Bring ideas for new dishes and menu improvements
- Help control food costs, portions and kitchen efficiency
- Keep kitchen equipment clean and work areas organised, showing reliability and professionalism throughout
Requirements & Eligibility
- A recognised culinary qualification or relevant professional chef training
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen
- Proven ability to manage food preparation and keep service standards consistent
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene procedures and kitchen compliance requirements
- Experience supervising, training or supporting kitchen staff
- Able to work well in a fast-paced hospitality environment, communicating clearly as part of the team
- A creative approach to food preparation, menu development and presentation
- Good understanding of kitchen operations, inventory control and food costing
- A proven work history with verifiable culinary skills and professional experience
