Restaurant Floor Manager

Visa sponsorship

Hospitality · Gosford, NSW, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored

An Italian restaurant in New South Wales needs a Restaurant Floor Manager who knows how a good service night should feel. You will run the dining room, lead the front-of-house crew and keep things calm when every table is full.

The kitchen and senior managers rely on this person to keep both sides of the pass talking. Product knowledge matters here, because guests expect someone who can speak about Italian food and ingredients with real confidence. You will also look after stock, supplier orders and hygiene, so a practical, organised mind is as useful as warm people skills.

Applicants who need employer sponsorship may be considered, based on their experience, skills and eligibility. The position may begin part-time, with a path towards full-time hours.

Before you apply, make sure your CV shows the dining rooms you have run, the size of the teams you led and the Italian menus you know well. You can set out your Italian floor-manager CV with Build AI CV and tidy it up in clear English.
