Breakfast, lunch and dinner each bring their own rush, and a good Restaurant Manager keeps all three running smoothly. This established Queensland business on the Sunshine Coast wants a hands-on leader to run the floor, guide the team and work closely with the kitchen.
You will write rosters, watch labour costs, handle bookings and guest feedback, and keep licensing, food safety and WH&S in order. There is room to help with menu changes and better ways of working. The employer will want to see real, verifiable management experience.
On your CV, show the venues you have managed, the teams you rostered and any cost or service improvements you led. You can arrange your all-day dining restaurant manager CV in Build AI CV and send it when ready.
