Melbourne building maintenance work is open for Rope Access Technicians at Level 1, 2 or 3. A specialist team covers sites across Victoria, mixing rope work with practical trades: façade services, window cleaning, painting, caulking, glazing, inspections and remedial jobs.
What you are offered depends on your certification level, your logged rope hours, your site history and any trade skills you bring. Visa sponsorship is available for suitable candidates. The week usually runs Monday to Friday with some Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out rope access work following industry and site safety procedures
- Handle building maintenance and high-access jobs, including commercial window cleaning on ropes
- Paint and repair concrete
- Caulk and seal, and help with glazing and façade upkeep
- Take part in façade inspections and remedial projects
- Use and look after rope access equipment safely
- Spot and report site hazards and equipment issues
- Keep work accurate and professional, working well with supervisors and other site staff
- Join ongoing training and development
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current IRATA or SPRAT certification at Level 1, 2 or 3
- At least 500 logged rope access hours for Level 1 candidates
- Current Construction White Card
- Current First Aid certification
- Verifiable hands-on rope access experience
- Demonstrated experience in window cleaning, painting, concrete repair, caulking or glazing is advantageous
- A strong commitment to safety, reliable attendance and a professional work ethic
- Good attention to detail
- Able to provide evidence of qualifications, tickets and relevant experience
- Australian driver's licence preferred
- Willing to complete extra training where required, and available Monday to Friday plus occasional Saturdays
