A respected role for a probashi nurse: a Perth provider of disability support and nursing care is hiring a Service Manager. The job is permanent and full-time, and it is open to Enrolled Nurses and Registered Nurses.
You will be in charge of daily care. You will build a support plan around each client, lead and mentor the support workers, and make sure everyone is trained for clients with complex needs. You will keep the service within NDIS regulations, which are the rules of Australia's disability support scheme, and you will handle client funds with care. Families and health professionals will work with you closely.

Key Responsibilities
- Be in charge of care coordination and management for clients with disability
- Build a person-centred support plan for each client with families and health professionals
- Lead and mentor support workers to high standards
- Train and resource the team for complex client needs
- Keep the service within NDIS regulations and government standards, including management of client funds
- Keep full documentation and assessments and good relationships with clients, families and stakeholders
Requirements & Eligibility
- Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse who is registered with AHPRA
- Proven experience in disability care, ideally inside the NDIS framework, and/or in aged care
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication with people from diverse backgrounds
- Commitment to high standards of clinical care and compliance
- Understanding of the NDIS and experience with clients who have complex needs
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certificate less than 3 years old, and a valid driver's licence
