Service Technician

Visa sponsorship

Trade · Adelaide, SA, Australia · Full-Time · $53 - $58/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored

Industrial electricians who enjoy fault-finding and want a specialised field role should look closely at this one. An Adelaide business that services overhead cranes, hoists, gantries and lifting systems needs a full-time Service Technician.

You will travel to customer sites in the city and regional areas, with some interstate trips, to diagnose electrical faults, respond to breakdowns, carry out preventative maintenance and inspections, and test and commission crane controls. PLCs, motors, contactors, VSDs and limit switches are your everyday kit. If cranes are new to you, the business wants a willingness to learn the technology. A rotating on-call roster applies. Suitable candidates with verified qualifications and relevant experience may be considered for sponsorship.

Show the PLC platforms you have fault-found, the industrial sites you have serviced and your licence details on your CV. Wire up an industrial electrician CV for crane servicing with Build AI CV before applying.
