Full tables, quick turns and a kitchen sending out plate after plate: that is the setting for this job. A high-volume restaurant in New South Wales is hiring experienced Waitstaff who take pride in looking after diners well.
Your section is yours to run. Orders go in correctly, three plates go out in one trip, food and drinks are run at peak and tables are turned between sittings. Diners will ask what to eat and which wine to pick, so menu knowledge helps. The team is steady and the job suits someone building a long-term career in hospitality. Sponsorship is available for suitable overseas candidates, subject to the applicable requirements and eligibility.
