A busy barbershop in the centre of Wagga Wagga, a city in New South Wales, Australia, is looking for a Barber / Hairdresser. The shop is well organised, with barbers, receptionists and managers working together, and it serves men, women and children.
The daily work is cutting and styling hair, giving wet shaves, styling beards and helping customers choose hair care products. Each client gets a generous appointment time, so you can work with care. The shop also provides ongoing training from industry leaders.
Full-time, part-time and casual positions are offered, with flexible arrangements. The shop prefers onshore candidates, meaning people already living in Australia, but this is a preference and not a condition. Visa sponsorship, where an employer supports your work visa, is on offer for the right candidate.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Qualified barber or hairdresser with salon experience, and apprentices are also considered
- Strong skills in cutting both traditional and contemporary hairstyles
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good personal presentation
- Good communication skills and good customer service skills
- A positive, friendly and professional attitude, and a willingness to learn
- Shaving skills are an advantage, but they are not necessary
