A fast-growing funds management platform in Sydney wants a Senior Finance Manager who has worked in funds or in a financial control role in property. The firm is boutique and entrepreneurial, has grown by consistent multiples year on year, and is known for being exceptionally well run.
The position is new. You will have wide oversight of financial control and the daily running of the funds, with hybrid working from Sydney. It suits an ambitious funds finance professional who wants a bigger remit. Candidates who need sponsorship are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Run financial control and the day-to-day operations of the funds
- Review and oversee the work of outsourced fund administration, property accounting and tax providers
- Lead financial reporting, including NAV calculations, cashflow forecasts and financing arrangements, and support compliance
- Work with internal finance and compliance teams, investment partners, external Accountants & Auditors and Bankers
Requirements & Eligibility
- CA/CPA qualified
- Relevant client experience in the funds or property sector as a FM or Senior FM
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A strong work ethic
- Shows initiative and a proactive, positive approach to work
