Education · Perth, WA, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored
Do you enjoy turning new operators into safe, confident ones? A civil and mining training provider in Perth wants experienced trainers and assessors with a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment who give each student one-on-one practical training on a live operating mine site.
Two roles are open. The Civil Trainer & Assessor (1 position) works Monday to Friday on 8-12 hour shifts, with alternating Saturdays available. The Dozer / Excavator Trainer (1 position) covers production mining D11 & 3600 machines on the same weekday shifts and splits time between 2 mine sites. The site is about 60 minutes north of the Perth CBD, so this is not FIFO and you are home every night, with optional FIFO Rigid Haul Truck training. Full-time, casual, part-time and job share applicants are welcome, and visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
Your CV should list your TAE qualification, the machines you are signed off on and the units you have assessed. Build a mine-site trainer and assessor CV with Build AI CV.
