Leading an early learning centre means looking after children, families and staff all at once. An early learning provider in Bendigo, Victoria needs an experienced, dedicated Centre Manager for its 76 place centre. You run the service from day to day and set the tone for a positive team that works together. Visa sponsorship is available, so the employer can support a work visa.
Much of the role is about people. You guide and mentor educators, keep the centre in line with the National Quality Framework, and earn the trust of families and the local community.

Key Responsibilities
- Support, mentor and lead the educators so that programs are of high quality.
- Make sure the service complies with the NQF, National Law & Regulations, and service policies.
- Keep improving the service and hold high standards against the National Quality Standard (NQS).
- Form strong relationships of trust with families and the wider community.
- Maintain a learning environment that is safe, inclusive and child-focused, put the Child Safe Standards in place and build a culture where child safety comes first.
- Manage occupancy, enrolments and service sustainability, and lead overall centre performance, including team outcomes and regulatory compliance.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven leadership experience in early childhood education, with a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework.
- Demonstrated ability in leading teams with warmth, clarity and professionalism.
- Excellent skills in communication and in building relationships.
- Passionate about high-quality care and education.
- Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Current Working With Children Check, First Aid, and relevant clearances, plus Current Child Safety and Child Protection Training.
