Work starts as casual, up to 40 hours each week on a regular roster. Full-time contracts are assessed after a trial of at least four weeks. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate; put simply, the employer may support the work visa of the chosen chef. Pay depends on skills, palate, teamwork, experience and work ethic.
