You would be a permanent, full-time employee with a roster of 40 hours per week. The branch opens 8.00am to 5.00pm on Monday to Friday, with Saturday closing at 1.00pm. Key Responsibilities
- Respond on the phones with sales advice and quotes
- Create contracts
- Complete transactions
- Coordinate vehicles and deliver or pick them up
- Carry out office administration and customer account maintenance
- Groom the branch's rental fleet and vehicles to the highest standards, and see that all the necessary compliance checks are completed
- Help to identify repair and maintenance issues, escalate them, and manage damages and maintenance as required
Requirements & Eligibility
- Full Class 1 Driver Licence, or overseas equivalent
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Previous customer-facing service experience; ideally this comes from the vehicle rental industry, but that is not essential
- Previous grooming experience, preferred but not essential
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A confident phone manner
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
