For probashi bakers with solid experience, here is a clear opportunity. A Melbourne bakery needs one experienced Baker to do its night baking alone.
The hours are about 10 pm to 5 am, six nights a week. Wednesday is your day off. The exact hours will be agreed with you, so please be ready to adjust a little. You will bake bread, pastries and donuts by yourself, from mixing to the finished product. Everything should be ready on the shelves in the morning, because many local customers come back every day.
The job is full-time and starts at once. It includes 4 weeks of annual leave. The employer says visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate, if applicable. This means the employer may support a work visa, but only where it applies.
