Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 2 years of experience as a Chef in a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant
- Formal culinary training or a relevant hospitality qualification
- Excellent cooking skills with close attention to detail and presentation
- Thorough knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A passion for seasonal, locally sourced ingredients
- Ability to adapt to a busy kitchen
- Ability to do well in a high-pressure setting
