Key Responsibilities
- Greet the client, their employees and guests and make a strong first impression.
- Look after the reception & reservation mailbox and handle room bookings in the booking system.
- Help run a fully serviced corporate hospitality floor.
- Organise your time and juggle competing priorities.
Requirements & Eligibility
- You can make a great first impression.
- You are a foodie who understands how a fully serviced corporate hospitality floor runs.
- You use Microsoft office products with confidence.
- You have handled a reception & reservation mailbox and worked with a room booking management system before.
- You bring a minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role or a front of house position within a 5-star hotel.
- You manage your time well, prioritise competing demands and communicate clearly with clients and the wider team, even under pressure.
- You take direction well and are open to learning new skills.
