A Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator is needed in Perth, Western Australia, on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The employer is an Australian food and agribusiness company with more than 100 years of history and operations in Western Australia, Victoria and Tasmania.
In simple words, the coordinator helps the company hire people and get them ready to start. Mobilisation means preparing new staff, local or international, to begin work. You report to the Human Resources Group Manager, and you are the main contact for hiring managers, candidates and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment from start to end: job ads, screening, interviews and offers
- Prepare new employees for mobilisation, which includes visa coordination, documents and onboarding
- Plan travel and moving arrangements and stay in contact with migration providers about visa steps
- Keep hiring records and systems correct for compliance and for reports
- Work with hiring managers to understand the staff they need
- Give candidates, employees and colleagues good service and follow policy, the law and best practice in every task
Requirements & Eligibility
- Experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, mobilisation or similar work
- Strong attention to detail and very good organisation
- Can handle multiple priorities and finish work by deadlines
- Strong skills in communication and in managing stakeholders
- Puts candidates first with a customer-focused approach, and knows recruitment processes, HR systems and compliance requirements
