A growing aged care provider in Darwin, NT, is looking for Registered Nurses. The job is full-time, in a community aged care service, caring for older residents.
You will work with a team of nurses and other health workers. Senior clinicians will guide and mentor you as you grow in the job.
This job is for probashi nurses and other applicants already in Australia with Australian work rights. Employer sponsorship, where the employer supports your visa, is available for those who are eligible.

Key Responsibilities
- Check each resident with a clinical assessment
- Write an individual care plan for each resident
- Give medicines and care for wounds
- Keep clinical notes and records correct
- Watch residents' health and act when their care needs change
- Support residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing
- Work with a team of different health workers for safe, quality care, and speak up for residents and good clinical outcomes
Requirements & Eligibility
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration that is current
- Nursing qualifications that are relevant
- Past experience in community aged care
- Strong skills in clinical assessment and care planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A current Australian driver's licence, and Australian working rights
