The work is in clients' homes. You give clinical care or personal care, write digital notes and keep care plans correct. You also speak with families and the healthcare team. The provider gives care day and night across Australia. Shifts are flexible.

Key Responsibilities
- Give clinical care of a high standard to each client at home
- Help clients with personal care during home visits

Requirements & Eligibility
- A current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle to use
- AHPRA registration, for the nurse jobs
- First aid and CPR (current)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and confidence with digital systems for care notes and communication
- Experience in nursing or home care is preferred but not essential
