A new premium car brand is about to arrive in Australia, and someone has to decide how Australians first meet it. That person is this Senior Brand and Marketing Manager, based in Sydney and reporting into the top team.
You would take a brand built overseas and give it a clear local voice: market-entry plans, vehicle and model launches, and campaigns that tie together digital, social, CRM, events and dealer marketing. Day to day you would brief agencies, hold the budget, read customer and competitor insight, and report results the leadership can act on. As the business grows, you would also help shape the marketing team and the way it works. It suits someone who likes owning outcomes and is as comfortable writing a plan as getting a campaign out the door.
